FLAGGY CREEK DAM

'GREENIES'are preparing a protest about the new dam. A population increase causes electricity and water shortages.
Although this has been 'on the books' for thirty years and I agree with building this dam. This an opportunity for anyone who has a valid case to place before the world population as it is still in the planning stage.
If your point of view is stated now, perhaps planners will be in a position to organise their strategy.

MISSING SIX YEAR OLD

Family Services Turns Blind Eye

Somebody put my six year old daughter on the plane and a girl with a bad laceration to her chin was bundled out of the state.

It seems the main reason the mother sent her interstate was that she had just been released from a Family Services Protection order on the 27-3-96.

Paperwork has been submitted for full custody. This is the forth time the visitation orders have been broken.

Family Law callover Hearing on the 22th. May. was adourned pending serice of papers.

FAMILY SERVICES went to a great deal of trouble to get out of tableing documents to assist the magistrate in his decision making. I will be calling for an investigation into this 'Service'.

FAMILY LAW.......is it?

Some startling revelations came out during the course of this case. (1) I was informed that she was not 'abducted'. This is supposed to be 'quite legal' even though the 'Family Law Reform Act of Australia.' says differently.

(2) 'Family Services', that wonderfull group of beings who protect the young with such vigour, informed me about how my daughter had been injured....with three different versions. Yes!..That's right three or 3.

(3)The mother makes some more alegations and 'FAMILY SERVICES together with J.A.B of our trusty Police Force proceed to mercilessly interrogate my little six year old daughter. (De judge made a court order preventing any more of this.)

(4) I filed all the forms for a custody case and finished up doing three appearances in the Cairns Courthouse and three in the Family Law court. The first two wanted to know why it was listed in the Cairns Courthouse and I told them that i could barely keep my on books together. If it as in the wrong place then it was their fault not mine. Well the third transfered it back to Family Law.

(5)'Here come the judge'.....His first question was, "What date did you file the forms on?' My answer,'How the hell would I know. I told the last courts that I wasn't keeping their books so why should I keep yours? I'm here because my daughter is in danger otherwise I wouldn't set foot in this place.'

His decision was based on the inability to comprehend. (He never read any of my affadavits.) My daughter is still living with her mother. The mother is still popping pills and drinking cheap plonk. I have had a domestic violence order placed on me DUH!!

She still makes nuisence calls.

My daughter is still in danger.

I hit the roof after six years of their dithering around and called for blood. That's right I got a probation order for twelve months for that. It only took them a week to do that.

A fine example of corruption.

DUH! It goes back to court again in September...to decide what should have happened in April.
